The HRES system is designed for coating a polymer film using thermal deposition in a high vacuum.
The coating spraying method is based on the principle of evaporation of sprayed materials (aluminum, copper or other) in a vacuum and condensation on a relatively cold surface of a moving film.
The intensive development of the method of evaporation and condensation in a vacuum is due to the versatility of the technology, the high productivity of the coating process, low energy intensity and a number of other advantages compared to traditional methods for producing coatings for various functional purposes (galvanic deposition, cladding, plasma spraying, cathode sputtering). One of the main advantages of the vacuum evaporation and condensation method is that it is an environmentally friendly technology.
Estimated annual production volume up to 10 000 tons of high-quality metallized films.
